Dr. Orr has been an ophthalmologist for the Grey Bruce Regional Health Centre since 1996 and has been performing laser surgery since 1998.
Currently the Head of Ophthamology for Grey Bruce Dr. Orr is committed to providing the best possible eye care to Ontario residents for over 20 years.

Glenn fell in love with Grey Bruce after moving from New Zealand in 2011. Glenn worked as a Project Manager and Systems Analyst for New Zealand companies before making the shift to Ophthalmology in 2016.
Glenn loves lasers but loves a patient's smile after surgery even more.
LASIK Co-Ordinator, Events Manager
Sharon is a firm believer in iLASIK surgery; she says her own LASIK surgery was a game-changer.
Sharon had her vision corrected in 2004 and still sees 20/20.
Sharon has been guiding patients through positive LASIK experiences since 2012 and also represents the clinic at community events and educational days in the Grey Bruce area.
Cataract Team Leader, Financial Administrator, Ophthalmic Assistant
Heather has been with the team since 2005.
Heather has completed Phase I and II Ophthalmic Assistant training and with her banking background makes and excellent fit for the clinic.
Heather enjoys the fast paced environment at the clinic; balancing the needs of patients and keeping us all organised.
Head Ophthalmic Technician
Karen has a background in running an optometrist clinic so hit the ground running when she joined Grey Bruce LASIK in 2012.
Karen is now our head technician and technician supervisor. Karen covers a wide range of patient testing; from cataract measurements for ophthalmologists all over Grey Bruce to LASIK 3D imaging of the eye prior to laser correction.
Robyn joined the team in 2017 and has rapidly expanded her ophthalmic knowledge.
Robyn helps out in our busy clinics helping more than 600 patients.
Robyn has completed Ophthalmic Assistant Phase I training and works part time so she can continue her hobby of travelling the globe. (As of August 2018 ten countries and counting!)
